Upgrading for Avianca in Mexico at the gate.

I have a return flight from Mexico to Ecuador near the end of year. I might want to spend $200-400 to upgrade the seat to give my wife some more needed room on one of the return legs. How likely is this to be doable? Is it easier if your wife needs…

Lo que dice la gente (3)
  • “It entirely depends on if there’s any seat available. A person’s need for accommodation won’t be a part of it. But Avianca recently has made it fairly easy to upgrade at the airport.…”

  • “Thanks that's exactly what I need. It's kinda a hope I can do it, but I'll know if I need to after the first short flight.”

Any civil engineers here living the digital nomad lifestyle?

Hey everyone! I’m a civil engineer from Brazil, and I wanted to hear from others in the field who have managed to work remotely while traveling the world. I currently work from home, Monday to Friday, mostly in public construction project management.
